Design advice, with the price on the door
Most people moving into a home in Portugal don't need a full interior project. They need someone they trust to tell them what to do next. The Living Brief is itsk.'s answer: a set of fixed-price design services, published openly on the studio's website.
It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call, which the studio calls "the front door" and insists is not a pitch: "If you do not need us, we will say so." From there, clients choose their depth. A 60-minute Home Consultation, in person in Lisbon or by video from anywhere, costs from €200 + VAT. The Room Brief, at €950 + VAT, gives one room a design direction, a 2D layout and up to twelve key pieces in 7 to 10 working days. The Design Brief, at €1,650 + VAT, goes further, with a revision round and a final presentation. Whole homes go to Bespoke Interior Design, from €5,000 + VAT.
The same seven-step method sits behind every option, from "listen" to "hand over". The studio puts the promise simply: "You are not paying us for more ideas. You are paying to end up with fewer, better decisions."
